Baah Lah!

Baah Lah!

Ingredients & flavours connecting our diners to the vibrant food culture of Asia. Dynamic yet intimate. A merge of modern with time-honoured technique.

At BAAH LAH! our produce-driven menu is all about Singaporean flavours and techniques, channelling Head chef Brian Anderson's heritage.

With over a decade spent honing his craft, Chef B has crafted a menu boasting Singapore's combination of Malay and Chinese cuisines; diverse flavours and traditional techniques are reinterpreted for modern day diners

Sourcing as locally and ethically as possible. Endeavouring to bring our diners the freshest, highest quality ingredients whilst maintaining and supporting environmental sustainability.

Our produce; if not homegrown in our vegetable garden, or at our family farm in Katandra, VIC. (run by Brian's Dad, Eric.) It is both urban and rurally foraged, or sourced as locally as possible - working closely with our suppliers always being mindful of who, where & how they produce.

Located right smack bang in the middle of town, Baah Lah and its eclectic mix of fusion-Asian dishes have made quite the impact on the Geelong culinary scene since opening back in 2019.

Providing a diverse range of specialities from the Asian region, here you'll find anything from Cantonese-style Siew Mei pork dumplings to duck Yakitori with cured egg yolk and even Malaysian beef Rendang curry.
