Open 365 days a year 9am - 5pm | entry closes at 3.30pm

All members and visitors must pre-book a ticket online. No tickets available at the gate.

Tickets are available to book 30 days in advance. Absolutely everyone, including Zoo Members and babies, needs to have a pre-booked zoo ticket before you arrive at the zoo.

Online Tickets include general admission, animal feedings presentations shows and Keeper Talks.

Children under 16 years of age receive free entry every weekend, during Victorian Government school holidays and on Victorian public holidays.
