On the second Sunday of every month people flock to the market to sample and buy the variety of local produce on offer ranging from fresh fruit and vegetables organic meat cheeses honey coffee croissants shortbread and wines to plants bulbs chickens and hay. The market also features a variety of entertainment so you can sit on a hay bale have a chat listen to toe tapping tunes and soak up the atmosphere.
The Clunes Farmers' Market is working towards becoming a Victorian Farmers' Market Association accredited market. There are strict guidelines surrounding the accreditation process which enables us to deliver the best possible products to the consumer. The consumer can be assured that all products are either locally made or at the very least made in Victoria.
