This boutique winery boasts panoramic views beautiful ceremony gardens and versatile indoor and outdoor reception spaces.
HISTORY
The Macedon Ranges has a long and fascinating history and the story of Mount Macedon Winery is no different.
Located on the western slopes of Mount Macedon with impressive views overlooking the Black Forest Valley MMW sits at 680m above sea level making it one of the highest altitude wineries in Australia.
The land was originally used as a dairy and then a blueberry farm before the vines were planted in 1989.
The MMW vineyard has passed through a few hands over the years and is now very much a grassroots family-owned business tended to by owners Dylan* and Elisha alongside their dedicated crew.

The MMW restaurant and cellar door is open for lunch on a range of Saturday's and Sunday's. Please be sure to call us on 0488 999 361 prior to the day of your visit to make a reservation or to ensure the MMW grounds are open.

With decades of experience the incredible winemakers use the high quality grapes from the slopes of Mount Macedon Winery to produce an incredible range of delicious wine.
You can try their diverse range of cool climate wines for yourself at our Cellar Door open Saturday and Sunday from 11.30am to 3.30pm.
Take a bottle home for yourself or enjoy a glass of wine in the vineyard that it came from.
Mount Macedon Winery is closed to the public in the event of weddings and private functions which are held at various times throughout the year.
