Brew Your Own Beer - Bru4U Geelong

Immerse yourself in Geelong's only brewing experience and become the next brewmaster in town!

You'll take a tour of the facility learn what's involved behind-the-scenes and sample some beers available on the day before the brewing action begins!

Your first step of the process is choosing a beer to brew from an extensive list of over 200 different styles.

Once you've settled on your choice you'll be guided by experienced brewers who will take you through the entire brewing process. After you've concocted your perfect brew leave it to the experts and give it time to ferment for 10 days.

You'll need to book a 'packaging' time 10-14 days later where you'll package your brew and take it home to enjoy!

Packaging day:

Before you arrive on packaging day your beer will be carbonated to ensure your brew comes out in perfect form. When you arrive on packaging day your beer will be filtered for you through a three-stage filtration system which ensures clean and clear sparkling beer every time.

Your beer will then be packaged depending on which option out of four packaging options you have chosen below:

Bring your own clean recycled bottles - they will sterilise these before you bottle (however they need to be relatively clean)
Purchase bottles - after the first purchase you can re-use them
Purchase cans - not re-usable
Kegs - if you have a keg fridge set up at home they will wash and refill your kegs with no effort required on your part and all done within 15 minutes. Keg swaps are not an option

There can be up to six brewing sessions on any given day. Each session is for a maximum of two adults.
Dress Code Casual and comfortable.
